By ordering from Tiffin Tonight, you agree to and are subject to these terms and conditions.
Tiffin Tonight reserves the right to refuse service to any customer in its sole discretion, based upon any harassing, hostile or inappropriate conduct.
All our food is freshly prepared in a professionally licensed commercial kitchen. Your food order is packaged in airtight BPA-free microwavable containers. Keep your food in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to eat. Your food will remain fresh for 7 days in the refrigerator.
Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
Your safety is important to us. Please indicate any food allergy or dietary restriction when placing your order at checkout. Since our food is prepared in a facility that is not certified to be free from wheat, gluten, nuts, dairy, soy, shellfish, or other potential allergens, we cannot guarantee that our products will not contain these allergens. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
TIffin Tonight is not responsible for any illness or health condition that may result from the consumption of the foods prepared by its staff members/affiliates. Tiffin Tonight is making no representations, express or implied, about the product being delivered or sold and you assume any risks of foodborne illness.
Refund Policy:
Please notify us immediately via email or phone if there is anything wrong with your order. We will make every effort to correct the problem. If you are still not satisfied, you may request a refund or receive credit for a future order.
